History

“Niam Plastic” company, a subsidiary of “Sana Chemical Group”, with a history of 30 years, using the knowledge of domestic and foreign experts, has succeeded in producing quality polymer products in the shortest possible time, including hard PVC film, PET film, shirink film. Thermal PVC, foamed PVC sheet and cellophane are food protective. Since the beginning of 2016, this company has entered the Iranian market in partnership with South Korea’s “Power Wrap” company, with the aim of transferring food stretch film production technology; “Niam Plastic” company was able to capture the food packaging market by producing quality products by using high-quality raw materials, advanced devices and by using the knowledge of specialists in this field. We are proud that our food protection products, along with approved herbal additives, have no harm to humans and the environment and have FDA certification from the World Health Organization.

  • In order to join “Niam Plastic” company and during the recruitment and development of human resources, job seekers must go through the following steps:

1. Send resume:
According to their interest and expertise, job seekers send their resume to “Niam Plastic” company after finding the desired job opportunity.
2. Initial review of resumes:
After receiving the resumes, if the job opportunity is not in the field of expert or higher, the process of general and specialized interviews will be done by the administrative department.
If the job opportunity is in the field of expert or above, the resumes are first evaluated and ranked and then reviewed by the manager or supervisor of the relevant unit. After this stage, general and specialized interviews begin.
3. Initial public interview:
This interview is conducted over the phone and based on a specific form, general questions and ambiguous items in the resume are reviewed. Then, the resumes of the applicants are referred to the relevant manager or supervisor so that the job seeker is prepared for a specialized interview.
6. Specialized interview:
After determining the time and date of the interview, the job seeker is invited to attend the specialized interview. This interview may be held as a group. After reading the “recommendation letter before entering the interview session”, job seekers fill out the recruitment form and then participate in the specialized interview and the human resources interview.
 7. Final evaluation and review of professional history:
After conducting the interviews and completing the forms, the final evaluation stage and the examination of the professional history of the job seeker will begin. At this stage, the correctness of the resume and interview information is measured and the job seeker is informed of the initial result.
8. Trial work period:
After succeeding in the previous stages, the job seeker will spend a trial work period at “Niam Plastic” company. During this period, the supervisor or human resources expert will provide the forms and specialized evaluation information to the trustees of the evaluation. After the end of the trial period, the evaluation results and reports are presented to the CEO and the final decision is made on whether or not to continue working with the job seeker.
